Welcome to the Windsor Schools

Meeting the Special Needs of Children

Every student deserves the opportunity to succeed in school.  At the Windsor Schools, we understand that to succeed, some students needs a different approach to learning.  Windsor Academy K - 8 and Windsor Preparatory High School are state-approved, non-profit, alternative education programs for classified, special needs students with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) or other behavioral concerns. Windsor's special education school programs feature a wide variety of academic strategies, along with a structured behavior modification system, counseling, and consistent parental communication, to give your child the best opportunity to succeed.  Academic achievement, community service and mainstreaming are more than possibilities, they are proven realities for Windsor students.

Holiday Behavioral Auction

Windsor students earn tickets from Thanksgiving until Christmas based on the behavior points they earn.  The better behaved the student is, the more points he or she earns, and thus, more tickets, all leading to a better opportunity to win the better prizes. It is something that all the students look forward to!
